One Month Birthday

Today is Chase's one month birthday and as you can see from the photo, all the partying wore him out! Our day started by saying goodbye to Grandma Dari followed by a walk, a diaper explosion, a bath, lunch, dancing and finally a nap. Here he is sleeping on Mommy, which is his favorite (or shall I say only allowable) sleeping position. He is not a big fan of his crib, co-sleeper, swing or bouncy seat so really only sleeps well when on a warm body. We pass him from person to person so we can stretch our legs, clean the house, eat, and most importantly... use the restroom.

Chase had his one month well visit at the pediatrician yesterday and he weighed in at a shocking 10 pounds 9 ounces - up 2 1/2 pounds from his birth weight which puts him in the 75th percentile. Quite a big boy especially considering he hasn't even tasted his Mommy's baking yet!
